I am currently enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I am learning and training to become a Health Coach. I am now officially working with clients to help them create a healthier and happier life, reduce stress, have more confidence, higher energy, and reach their health and life goals, with a particular niche in overcoming Anxiety.
How am I different? I support my clients to make step-by-step, easy integrated food and lifestyle choices through an official 3 or 6 month program. I counsel my clients on how to live a better, anxiety free life through eating well and taking care of ourselves better.
My interest in health and nutrition comes from my own personal journey with anxiety and mental health. When hitting one of my lowest points, my doctor advised that I should go on some medications. I had always been scared of this, although wanting my anxiety to get better I didn’t want to have the risk of addictions, or it making my mental health worse. What shocked me at this time, was that the doctor hadn’t analysed my lifestyle properly. He spent 15 minutes talking about the symptoms my body was experiencing, offered me strong medication that suppresses these, but never considered what I was putting into my body on a daily basis. This is where my desire to understand the relationship between nutrition and anxiety comes from.
I truly believe with a coach who can keep you motivated, accountable to your goals, and act as a source of encouragement, you will be able to achieve great things. I offer a step-by-step program, educating you how to bridge the gap from where your mental and nutritional health is now, to where you would like it to be. We will talk about your life, what you’ve always dreamed of, and the goals you’d like to accomplish for your health. It’s such an exciting time!
